The Bear Drop ("we," "us," "our") operates thebeardrop.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. No surprises, no fine print tricks.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We only collect what we need to get your shirt to you. No account creation required. Here's the full list:
AT CHECKOUT

- •Shipping address
- •Payment information (handled by Stripe, see below)
AUTOMATICALLY
- •Basic browsing data (pages visited, device type, browser)
- •Cart contents (stored locally in your browser)
PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number, expiration date, and CVC go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your complete payment details. We only receive confirmation that the payment was successful, along with a truncated card reference for your order record.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
We use Printful to print and ship your order. When you place an order, we share your name and shipping address with Printful so they can deliver your shirt. Printful processes this information under their own privacy policy.
COOKIES & TRACKING
Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage. This is not a cookie, and it never leaves your device unless you complete a purchase.
We may use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to understand how people find and interact with our site. When enabled, Meta may collect browsing behaviour data (pages viewed, items added to cart, purchases) and use cookies to deliver relevant ads. You can opt out of Meta's tracking through your Facebook ad preferences or through your browser's cookie settings.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We keep order records (name, email, shipping address, items purchased) for as long as needed to fulfill orders and handle any follow-up support or returns. Transaction records are retained for accounting and legal compliance.
If you subscribed to our newsletter, we keep your email until you unsubscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can request to:
