All prices are listed in USD. By completing checkout, you agree to pay the total shown, including applicable shipping fees.

Every shirt is printed on demand. That means your order is produced specifically for you after payment is confirmed. There is no pre-made inventory. This is important because it affects our return policy (more on that below).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to production volume, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Because every shirt is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or similar reasons.

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are original creations owned by The Bear Drop. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

Buying a shirt gives you the right to wear it, not to reprint or resell the design.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bear Drop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
