Every shirt is printed fresh when you order it. That means there's a short production window before your order ships.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
SHIPPING RATES
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because every shirt is printed to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.
WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND IF:
- ✓Your shirt arrives with a print defect
- ✓Your shirt arrives damaged during shipping
- ✓You received the wrong item
To request a replacement or refund, email us at hello@thebeardrop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We'll take care of it.
SIZE CONCERNS
Not sure about sizing? Our shirts are unisex fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend going with your regular size for a standard fit or sizing up one for a more relaxed look.
